Continuing Education

In order to keep your Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker's), You have fulfill 22.5 hours of continuing education within 2 years of your valid license. In the other hand, Appraiser License requires 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years. Our cross-approved courses offer you qualification for another license and/or education while you are fulfilling the mandatory duties of your current license.
