Conventional Processing
This course is for the entry-level student who wishes to become a Loan Officer. Conventional Processing provides an overview of underwriting, regulations, and industry terminology.

Facilities Maintenance Program w/ Preparation for Fire Dept. Exams "W-12" & "F-97"
The major purpose of this course is to prepare students for a career as a Residential Property Manager

Home Inspection Licensing Course
Growing consumer awareness about the benefits of home inspection has spurred dramatic growth in this young industry.

Loan Officer Package
Become a loan officer with Real Estate Salesperson Licensing course as well as Conventional Processing and Principles of Mortgage Origination .  

Principles of Mortgage Origination
After completion of this course, you will be able to understand the flow of a loan application file from origination to post-closing. Also, know the importance of an applicant's financial picture and calculate the numeric ratios used to determine loan eligibility.

Property Management
This program is an introduction to the small property management side of real state.

Real Estate Appraiser Qualifying Course
150 Hour Appraisal Licensing Course Appraiser Assistant is offered weekends and evenings.

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course
Always rotating 75 Hour Salesperson License Qualifying Course available Weekdays  Evenings and Weekends during the Day or Evening

Residential Facilities Management
This package is for the person looking to get into a career in real estate property management.  

Residential Facilities Manager Package
The package includes the 75 hour Salesperson Licensing Course including Basic Building Systems, Property Management and Facilities Management. This program qualifies graduates for NYARM designation.
