About REEDC the School: |
| The State of New York Department of State has approved The Real Estate Education Center d/b/a/ REEDC.COM (www.reedc.com) to offer real estate licensing courses by independent study a/k/a as home study or online courses. Our school code is approval and renewable annually. Real Estate EDucation Center’s corporate office is located at 407 Ave P, Brooklyn, 11223. |
Course Requirements |
| To complete your course and receive credit, you must: |

complete all lessons in a classroom or on the computer and demonstrate mastery on all Chapter Summary Quizzes; |

| · |
complete the online Student Affidavit and Course Evaluation; |
| · |
Pass the final exam with a score of 65% or better if taking a salesperson or broker’s course. |

Method of Instruction |
Continuing Education and License Qualifying Courses are offered online and are independent student programs with no in-class hours required. If you have any questions regarding course content, contact REEDC at 1-718-375-2266 between regular business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. The school staff will put you in contact with the approved instructor Alexander Frame. |
Course Completion |
All courses must be completed within six (6) months from date of enrollment. |
| Testing |
| Proctored final exams are required on Friday with $25 for monitoring fee, by appointment only at the locations below. |

| State Law requires that you score 65% or better on the licensed Final Exam. Should you fail the first and second license qualifying exams, you must repeat the course from the beginning. |
| Certification |
You will be given a Course Completion Certificate once you pass the exam. REEDC will certify that you successfully completed your required hours through the online completion program. |
Refunds and Transfers |
Once purchased there is NO refund for the course. Should you decide that the online course does not meet your learning style; you may be able to, at the discretion of the education director, move from online course of study to classroom course of study if scheduling permits for an additional fee of $200.00.
Keep in mind the vendor name that appears on your credit card statement will not be REEDC. |
